DISMANTLING / DISASSEMBLY WIND TURBINES Industrial wind turbines by program Repowering are to be replaced. This means that less powerful wind turbines are dismantled and more powerful, new wind turbines are installed at this place. Less powerful wind turbines, which are subject to dismantling, in the future are called used wind turbines and can be used again. Used wind turbines after their dismantling can go in two directions: RECYCLING and SALE, i.e. secondary use. At that for the owner of the wind turbine is more profitable recycling path. Before dismantling wind turbine, you need to know in which direction it will be used, since the method of dismantling depends on it. When recycling wind turbine, high-quality disassembly is necessary, since this wind turbines and all its components in this case will have to be transported and re-installed. DISMANTLING FOUNDATION If the wind turbine has foundation ring (not all models have it), then when selling used wind turbine and its secondary use, this foundation ring must be dismantled (removed) with high quality. For this purpose, special machines and tools are used. Since in case of damage to the foundation ring during its dismantling (the presence of the smallest microcrack is sufficient), its further application is strictly prohibited. The RES-ELITE company will cope with this task without any problems. INSTALLATION FOUNDATION Before installing wind turbine at the customer's site, it is necessary to build good foundation. Two options are possible here: use the existing (dismantled) foundation ring or construct new one. When building foundation for used wind turbine, you can take the existing drawings and calculations, or you can make soil / soil hyodesy and construct the foundation, according to the soil analyzes obtained. In the second variant, complete new calculation of the strengt hand statics of the metal structure is needed,on the basis of which then the foundation structure will be made. INSTALLATION - ASSEMBLING WIND TURBINE After building the foundation for wind turbine, you can proceed to the installation of the wind turbine itself. In this case, the selection of an appropriate mounting crane is very important. The speed and quality of the wind turbine installation will depend on the weather conditions and on the quality of the previous dismantling of the wind turbine.
